Josh Macht is executive vice president, product innovation, and group publisher of the Harvard Business Review Group. He oversees the growth of the Harvard Business Review brand around the world – including the digital, press, and magazine divisions – and focuses on capitalizing on new opportunities through lean experimentation. Macht joined HBR in 2006 from TIME where he worked as the editor and general manager of TIME.com. He was also the magazine’s technology editor. Before that, he was at Inc. magazine, where he became the editor and co-founder of Inc.com.
